Blueberry Magnets

I first wanted to make these blueberry magnets when I started my pottery journey because 1) I’m a Michigander and we all love blueberries, right?! And 2) Before we found out we were having a girl, we called my growing bump “Blueberry”. After we found out the gender, we still called her “Blueberry” because we were keeping her name a secret. Blueberries have a special place in our growing family 🫐

Every ceramic piece I make is made with high quality clay that is microwave and dishwasher safe.

Each magnet is made completely by hand from a block of clay. It is shaped, scored together, bisque fired, hand dipped in glaze, then fired again before a magnet with strong adhesive is added. The process takes about a week to complete. They are a small, labor of blueberry love…but of course, we love them! 

You’ll see from the listing photos that there is some variation to each magnet. Each magnet is about 1” in diameter.
